Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. Minors are not permitted.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, PIN, etc.) and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for losses due to your failure to secure your account.

• Wallet/Balance: You may fund your YourSub wallet via approved payment methods. Funds are held for use within the platform and are not bank deposits. Withdrawals are subject to verification, fees, and limits.
• Transactions: We facilitate recharges, bill payments, and subscriptions through third-party providers (telcos, utilities, etc.). Transactions are generally instant but may experience delays due to provider issues.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific pricing, or availability of any service. Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.
• You authorize us to debit your wallet (or linked payment method) for transactions you initiate, plus any applicable fees.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including intellectual property).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform.
• Engage in spamming, bulk unsolicited communications, or distribution of malware.
• Provide false information or impersonate others.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without our prior written consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with or without notice.

All content on YourSub.org (text, logos, graphics, software, etc.) is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

• Transaction fees (if any) will be disclosed before completion.
• Failed Transactions: If you are debited but do not receive value, contact support with details (transaction ID, amount, date, etc.). We will investigate and liaise with relevant providers.
• Refunds/reversals are at our discretion and subject to provider policies. Refunds (where approved) are typically processed back to the original payment method or wallet within a reasonable time (e.g., 3–7 business days). We are not responsible for delays by banks or third parties.
• No refunds for completed successful transactions (e.g., airtime/data delivered) unless required by law.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement).

We do not warrant:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• Compatibility with all devices/networks.
• That third-party services (telcos, utilities) will always function as expected.

You use the Services at your own risk. We are not liable for service failures caused by third parties, network issues, force majeure (e.g., power outages, strikes, government actions), or your errors (wrong numbers, etc.).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms or any law.
• Your breach of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for inactivity or violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but obligations (e.g., indemnification, liability limitations) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

You agree to attempt informal resolution (e.g., support ticket) before filing any legal action.

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign freely.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms (plus Privacy Policy) constitute the full agreement.
